- Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or legal role, preferably within a financial services or credit rating agency environment
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices for credit rating agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate compliance requirements and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial products and rating methodologies
- Experience with regulatory reporting and audit processes
- Familiarity with the principles of credit risk assessment and rating agency frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CAMS, CRCM is a plus)
