Description

An experienced female Social Worker is needed at Goromonzi Women’s Hub to support women with psychosocial challenges. Must have a Degree or Diploma in Social Work, be willing to live on-site, and have experience working with individuals facing psychosocial issues

Job Responsibilities

- Provide psychosocial support to women at Goromonzi Women’s Hub

- Develop and implement support plans for individuals

- Conduct counseling sessions and workshops

- Collaborate with the Hub team to ensure holistic care

- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress

Skills and Abilities

- Strong counseling and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with psychosocial challenges

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Organizational and record-keeping skills

- Empathy and understanding for women's issues

Educational Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Social Work required
