- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for survivors of sexual violence.
- Assessing the psychosocial support needs of survivors of sexual and gender-based violence and providing the necessary support.
- Conduct community awareness raising against sexual and gender-based violence and early child marriages.
- Holding case conferences with stakeholders to ensure provision of holistic support to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.
- Compile detailed monthly programmatic and basic financial reports.
- Represent the organisation at various platforms in Masvingo.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Work-related learning experience in an NGO or developmental sector is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Shona.
- Based in Masvingo.
Recent graduate holding a degree in Social Work or Psychology.
