Cesvi Zimbabwe is seeking a MEAL Officer in Chiredzi to coordinate monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities for ECOTERRA and Routes of Smiles projects

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate MEAL activities for both projects

- Conduct assessments, surveys, and data collection

- Update and maintain project databases

- Produce monthly reports and quarterly datasets for donors

- Verify project activities through field visits

- Support feedback mechanisms and capacity building

Skills and Abilities

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Data analysis and reporting skills

- Experience with MEAL frameworks and donor reporting

- Ability to work with consortiums and stakeholders

- Strong communication and capacity building skills

- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools

Educational Qualification

Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Agriculture, or related fields. A relevant diploma with extensive experience may also be considered
