Description

- Contribute to planning and execution of training sessions and prepare teams for matches

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Technical Director and Team Head Coach to monitor and enhance individual and team development

- Maintain sports equipment

- Documentation, scheduling, and presiding over games

- Work to improve team unity and sportsmanship

- Ensure all team members get equal playing time

- Emphasize skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship

- Set realistic and age-appropriate expectations for the team

Skills and Abilities

- Excellent coaching and communication skills

- Ability to work with youth players

- Strong organizational and planning skills

Educational Qualification

- At least ZIFA Level 2 coaching qualification
