The Zimbabwe Rugby Union (ZRU) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rugby to lead the development of rugby in Zimbabwe.

Job Responsibilities

The Director of Rugby will be responsible for overseeing the development of rugby in Zimbabwe, including coaching, player development, and high-performance programs.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Proven track record of developing players, coaches, and match officials

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Passionate and committed to rugby development

- Ability to work in a challenging and ever-changing environment

Educational Qualification

- WR Level 3 Coaching qualification (Fifteens/Equivalent)

- WR Level 2 Coaching qualification (Sevens)

- Licensed WR Coach Educator

- Previous experience in an elite-level coaching environment

- Experience running high-performance and development programs

- Experience with performance analysis tools and strategies
