- Identify and investigate restrictive practices and unfair business practices
- Compile and submit investigation reports
- Ensure compliance with Competition Act provisions
- Conduct market screening studies
- Undertake advocacy and outreach programs
- Assist with development of Guidelines and strategic documents
- Assist other Divisions as needed
- Undertake related tasks assigned by supervisor
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 5 O'levels including Mathematics and English
- Bachelor's degree in economics or law
- Recent graduate, not more than 27 years old
