Graduate Intern: GIK & Stores

Location: Suburbs Office, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Duration: 2 Years

World Vision Zimbabwe it's seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Intern to support our Gifts-in-Kind (GIK) and Stores operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Track and document incoming stores shipments

- Liaise with stakeholders for clearing and compliance

- Support warehouse operations: receiving, dispatching, stacking, and stock taking

- Maintain inventory records, bin cards, and stack cards

- Generate and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual stores reports

- Support training and reporting for district-level staff

- Tag and track assets in coordination with Admin and Finance teams

Skills and Abilities

- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and inventory systems

- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders both internal and external

- Teachable attitude

Educational Qualification

- Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a minimum 2.1 degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business studies, Accounting, or related fields

- Knowledge of stores, warehousing, and freight forwarding
