Nzeve Deaf Centre

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Information Systems Officer to provide technical support, maintain ICT infrastructure, and support data management processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting

- Support data collection, analysis, and visualization for project reporting

- Design and manage infographics and visual boards

- Offer technical guidance on data storage, mining, and cleaning

- Identify and implement effective information management practices

- Install, maintain, and monitor ICT systems and equipment

- Manage network security, provide help desk support, and user training

Skills and Abilities

- Familiarity with data modelling and visualization (advantageous)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and data analysis

- Proficient in statistical software (STATA, SPSS, SAS, Excel, EPI-Info)

- Strong experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar )
