Our client seeks a proactive IT Support Manager to provide technical support, maintain systems, and ensure smooth tech operations
- Provide first-line technical support to users
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts and access controls
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve queries
- Support new system implementations
- Maintain IT records and ensure compliance with policies
- Strong IT support and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking
- Experience with Active Directory and cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
