Job Title: Operations Manager

Our client seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily factory and supply chain operations, focusing on production, quality, and growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and motivate teams through targeted training and development.

2. Oversee factory teams to meet production and quality goals.

3. Collaborate with Production Engineering for preventative maintenance and project coordination.

4. Establish strategic supplier partnerships to reduce costs and foster long-term relationships.

5. Optimize supply chain costs through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.

6. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) policies.

7. Work with cross-functional teams for timely customer delivery and effective complaint resolution.

8. Continuously seek opportunities for performance and efficiency improvement.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong commercial skills, including negotiation and communication.

- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Educational Qualification

- Relevant qualification/degree in Engineering (prerequisite).

- Master's in Business Administration (added advantage).

- At least 5 years of experience in operations management or related field.

- Multinational manufacturing experience handling different departments (EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain).

- Knowledge of factory systems (MES, SAP).

- Experience with IWS, WCM, TPM (added advantage).
