ElectroSales is seeking an In-Store Merchandising Manager to plan, develop, and implement merchandising strategies across all branches, ensuring effective product ranging, attractive store presentation, and consistent visual merchandising standards.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate store layouts, product zoning, and visual merchandising standards

- Supervise merchandising execution, shop installations, and promotional displays

- Work with Branch Managers to ensure proper product presentation and display compliance

- Manage product ranging strategies and coordinate new product launches

- Produce and maintain store layout plans and merchandising guidelines

- Lead and train the Merchandising team

- Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental standards

Skills and Abilities

- Creative and imaginative with flair for design, colour, and visual presentation

- Ability to analyse sales and product performance data

- Strong planning and coordination skills

- Leadership and training skills

- Computer literate

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field
