Description

Spherefit is looking for a motivated Retail Sales & Operations Associate to join their team in Harare. The role involves technical sales support, inventory control, customer advisory, and daily operations management. 💼

Job Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on hardware specifications

- Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct weekly stock counts

- Process transactions and prepare daily reconciliation reports

- Manage order dispatch and ensure Proof of Delivery documentation

- Ensure showroom and sample boards are well-stocked and professionally displayed

Skills and Abilities

- Technical aptitude for hardware specifications

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in POS software and basic Excel

- Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy

- Physical stamina for handling industrial stock

- Integrity and honesty

Educational Qualification

Minimum S 'O' Levels (including English and Mathematics/Accounts). A Diploma in Marketing or Purchasing & Supply is an added advantage.
