Job Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations for smooth workflow

- Manage vehicle showroom maintenance and cleaning

- Lead and motivate junior staff team

- Monitor sales performance and drive growth

- Ensure excellent customer service and productivity

- Manage inventory and stock levels

- Prepare operational and sales reports

- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Skills and Abilities

- Strong operations management and organisational skills

- Proven sales and operations experience

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyse data and prepare management reports

- Business growth and sales performance improvement skills

- Familiarity with motor industry a plus

- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
