Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

- Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.

- Train, mentor, and lead staff to maintain service standards and enhance team performance.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage management.

- Experience in administration, including inventory management and staff scheduling.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
