Description

The Environmental Management Agency (EMA) is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Environmental Officer - Education and Publicity in Matabeleland North Province.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct environmental education and awareness activities

- Coordinate events management and capacity building training programs

- Manage EMA social media handles and give feedback to customers

- Develop public relations strategies and coordinate publications

- Organize national and international exhibition events

- Establish partnerships and seek corporate sponsorships

Skills and Abilities

Educational Qualification

- First Degree in Environmental Management, Natural Resources Management, Geography & Environmental Sciences, or related field

- At least 2 years of experience in the environmental field

- Ability to communicate effectively in local indigenous languages is an added advantage
