A property company needs a skilled Caretaker/Handywoman/Handyman for maintenance and repairs. Hands-on and organised individuals wanted

Job Responsibilities

- Carry out maintenance and repair work at properties (bricklaying, tiling, painting etc.)

- Work alongside artisans and oversee project execution

- Provide comprehensive reports after projects

- Support project execution and work independently with minimal supervision

Skills and Abilities

- Strong construction background

- Skilled in general repairs (bricklaying, tiling, painting etc.)

- Highly organised and flexible

- Quick thinker, able to work independently

- Comfortable with hands-on work and teamwork

Educational Qualification

No specific educational qualifications mentioned, but a strong construction background is preferred. Practical skills and experience in maintenance and repairs are key
